Free 30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your lamp if you change your mind or the color or size is not right for your space.

You may unpack and check your lamp. For a change-of-mind return, it must be in its original condition with all included components. Please pack it securely for return shipping.

Return shipping is free for you

SEXY FLASH pays for return shipping. You will not be charged for return delivery. We do not charge a restocking fee or any additional return processing fee. We will not deduct the cost of the original free standard shipping from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. SEXY FLASH covers the necessary return and replacement shipping costs for these issues, and will help arrange a replacement or refund. Do not send the item back before receiving our instructions.

How to start a return

Email support@sexyflash.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the returned item to your original payment method.

1-year limited component warranty

SEXY FLASH lamps include a 1-year warranty from delivery covering defects and component failures under normal indoor use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, drops, immersion in water or other liquid exposure, cut or damaged cords, or other accidental damage or misuse.
